Rise of the Planet of the Apes
The protagonist of history - the doctor by the name of Will, who is seeking cure for Alzheimer's disease that has infected his father. He is experimenting on monkeys, creating a virus that can penetrate into the brain and restore its function. After the investigation is closed, Will is one primate - an offspring of the most promising experimental. Young Caesar incredibly smart and eventually mutation and evolution do its dirty work - Caesar less like a monkey and even possessed of human speech. Changing the dominant species of the planet occurs when the grown-up humanity podkashivaet disaster, and Caesar was right there - the leader of the army of monkeys.
